According to Mysteel's survey on domestic major crush plants: During the fifth week of 2026, soybean inventories at major crush plants nationwide declined, while soybean meal inventories rose and outstanding contracts decreased. Specifically, soybean inventories stood at 6.355 million tonnes, down 234,900 tonnes from the previous week, a decrease of 3.56%, but up 1.9652 million tonnes compared to the same period last year, an increase of 44.77%. Soybean meal inventories were 930,400 tonnes, an increase of 31,800 tonnes from the previous week, up 3.54%, and rose by 449,800 tonnes year-on-year, an increase of 93.59%. Outstanding contracts totaled 3.0932 million tons, a decrease of 968,400 tonnes from the previous week, down 23.84%, but up 290,900 tonnes compared to the same period last year, an increase of 10.38%.
