The United States has announced its latest biofuel tax credit policy. Under the 45Z policy, the tax credit amount follows a "base credit + floating adjustment" mechanism, with the core principle being that lower feedstock carbon intensity (CI) and stronger regional compliance result in higher credit values. U.S. domestic UCO, corn oil, soybean oil, and Canadian canola oil have all received strong demand support. Today, vegetable oil futures prices are expected to trade on a stronger note. In terms of soybean oil, market trading volume continued to expand yesterday, with concentrated activity for MarchMay and JuneSeptember contracts. Additionally, two new soybean oil export vessels were arranged, which is expected to further support the market.
