DAILY: Chinese steelmakers kick off new met coke price cuts

After holding steady for over a month, the Chinese metallurgical coke market is set to enter a downward correction, with some steel mills in North China requesting lower selling prices from their coke suppliers on March 4. This is expected to lead to more than one round of price declines going forward.
