WEEKLY: China's EAF mills lift output despite their large losses

Steel production among China's electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steelmakers rebounded significantly during the past week as many mills emerged from Chinese New Year holiday mode and restarted operations, the findings of Mysteel's latest survey showed.
