Manganese ore prices in China rose during the week of March 19-25 amid the positive sentiment prevailing in domestic market.

During the sample week, the price of South Africa-origin 36.5% grade manganese ore at North China's Tianjin port under Mysteel's assessment had reached Yuan 44/dmtu ($6.4/dmtu) including the 13% VAT by March 25, climbing by Yuan 4/dmtu on week and marking the highest since July 12 2024.
