WEEKLY: China's SiMn prices rise, sentiment improves

China's silicomanganese (SiMn) prices recovered during the week of April 13-17, as market sentiment improved in the second half week with the rebound in SiMn futures, Mysteel Global learned.

On April 17, Mysteel assessed the national price of 6517 SiMn at Yuan 6,022/tonne ($883/t) including the 13% VAT, increasing by Yuan 28/t from one week earlier.
