GACC: China Apr aluminum scrap imports drop 10% YoY

China's imports of aluminum scrap totalled 170,582 tonnes in April, falling 13.6% from the previous month and down 10.4% compared with April last year, according to the latest data released by the country's General Administration of Customs (GACC).

Last month's result meant that during January-April, the total import volume stood largely unchanged on year at 696,962 tonnes, the survey findings showed.
