WEEKLY: China's FeSi prices keep rangebound, output falls

Chinese ferrosilicon (FeSi) prices remained rangebound during the week of June 23-29, with the spot price of 75% FeSi under Mysteel's assessment standing at Yuan 5,628/tonne ($829/t) including the 13% VAT on June 29, dipping by Yuan 4/t from one week before.

FeSi prices in the derivative market fluctuated, with the most-traded September FeSi contract on the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange closing the daytime trading session on June 30 at Yuan 5,646/t, down Yuan 28/t from the settlement price on June 22, according to exchange data.
