GACC: China's coke exports rise on stronger demand from SEA, Europe

China's exports of coke and semi-coke rose 8% on year in January-May to 3.24 million tonnes, according to new data from the country's General Administration of Customs (GACC). The growth in export volumes was driven by shifting demand from some buyers in Southeast Asia and Europe, as global coke supply tightened and prices remained elevated, Mysteel Global noted.
