WEEKLY: China mines' iron ore output recovers, stocks drop further

After a brief retreat in the previous week, production of iron ore concentrates among Chinese mining companies rebounded mildly in the past week, while mine-side iron ore inventories continued to shrink, Mysteel's latest survey showed.

Total daily production of iron ore concentrates among the 186 mining and concentrating enterprises under Mysteel's tracking nationwide averaged 455,400 tonnes/day over July 3-9, up 3,200 t/d or 0.7% from the previous week.
