In Week 31 of 2026, soybean inventories at major domestic oil mills rose, soymeal inventories increased, and outstanding soymeal contracts also climbed.Specifically: Soybean inventory stood at 7,534,500 tonnes, up 111,500 tonnes or 1.50% from the previous week, and 978,600 tonnes or 14.93% higher year-on-year. Soymeal inventory came in at 1,003,400 tonnes, up 36,100 tonnes or 3.73% week-on-week, but down 38,200 tonnes or 3.67% from the same period last year. Outstanding soymeal contracts totaled 4,959,900 tonnes, up 565,800 tonnes or 12.88% from last week, yet down 1,808,800 tonnes or 26.72% year-on-year.
