DAILY: China's spot rebar prices rise on sentiment lift

China's rebar market gained some momentum on August 6, driven by an upswing in ferrous futures, as both spot prices and trading activity saw moderate recovery on the same day.

The national price of HRB400E 20mm dia rebar was assessed by Mysteel at Yuan 3,221/tonne ($477/t) on Thursday, up by Yuan 7/t on day.
