Three new purchase vessels were added yesterday, bringing the weekly total to six. September CNF offer shipping-period margins against the domestic futures market were approximately Yuan 183/ tonne, indicating attractive import margins. On the forward curve, Indonesia's B50 policy and El Nio-related production cut expectations continued to provide underlying support for longer-dated contracts. The near-weak/far-strong pattern is expected to persist in the short term, with attention on DSI developments and progress in Indonesia's B50 implementation.
