WEEKLY: Chinese BF mills' import iron ore stocks continue rising

Stockpiles of imported iron ore sintering fines held by Chinese integrated steelmakers rose further in the past week, while their immediate demand for iron ore expanded as well, Mysteel's latest survey showed.

As of November 4, total inventories of imported iron ore sintering fines piled at the yards of the 64 domestic blast furnace (BF) steelmakers under Mysteel's tracking had increased for the third straight week by another 1.3% to reach 12.7 million tonnes.
