India: Karnataka Iron Ore E-auction Prices Shoot Up

Karnataka iron ore bid prices for high grade ore have witnessed a sharp rise in recent e-auctions.

The prices of iron ore fines (Fe 65%) offered from Vyasankere mines fetched bids of around INR 1200/MT to INR 4,140-4,160/MT over the base price of INR 2,950/MT in recent e-auction held on 14th Feb’2020. Prices mentioned are basic and royalty, bulk permit processsing fee & GST extra. 20,000
