China spot LNG delivery price averaged Yuan 4,465/tonne as of May 7, up Yuan 13/tonne from the previous trading day, according to OilChem.
Imported LNG ex-terminal prices stood at Yuan 4,238/t today, down Yuan 6/tonne from the previous trading day, according to OilChem. The prices dropped as the sales of low-priced sources were smooth.
LNG sales volume by truck at coastal terminals was 50,001 tonnes on May 6, up 9.77% from the last trading day. In detail, the sales volume was 19,110 tonnes in East China, up 17.88%, 16,485 tonnes in South China, up 1.55%, and 12,705 tonnes in North China, up 7.65%, according to OilChem data.
Domestic LNG prices are projected to remain largely unchanged in the face of stable supply, despite resuming demand post the Labour Day holiday.
