Aluminium Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) released its Q3 report, showing a Profit of US$127.6 million for the third quarter of 2022, down by 62% YoY. The Total Comprehensive Income for Q3 2022 stood at US$154.8 million, down by 54% YoY. With regards to the Revenue in Q3 2022, Alba generated US$1,072.3 million, up by 3.7% YoY.
In terms of operation, its aluminum production was up by 3% YoY to 404,578 MT in Q3, and up by 2% YoY to 1,192,171 MT for the first nine months. Sales volume for Q3 and 9 months both showed flat growth with 366,292 MT and 1,108,950 MT respectively. Its Value Added Sales in Q3 were 67%, rising from 58% in Q3 2021, and 9 Months number was 67%, higher than 62% in the same period of last year.
