China's EAF capacity use dips further, but pace slows

The average capacity utilization rate among the 87 independent electric-arc-furnace (EAF) steelmakers nationwide under Mysteel's regular survey continued to fall during the week of June 2-8, though at a slower pace of 0.12 percentage point on week, as against the 3.46 percentage points on-week decline seen in the prior week, new survey data show.
