USA: Ferrous scrap exports down 8% m-o-m in Apr'23

The US saw an 8% m-o-m decline in ferrous scrap exports during April 2023. The country, which is the top ferrous scrap exporter in the world, saw a continuous increase in its export volumes since February. The country exported a total of 1.32 million tonnes (mnt) of scrap in April against 1.44 mnt in March.
