Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd announced that it intends to invest a high-nickel power battery material project in Hungary via its holding subsidiary, Bamo Technology Hungary Kft. The project, according to preliminary calculations, has a planned investment of 1.278 billion euros in total and a capacity of 25,000 tonnes in first phase.
