FLASH: Russia lifts flexible export tariffs on certain coal types

Russia has excluded certain types of goods including thermal coal, coking coal and anthracite from its flexible export tariffs which were introduced in October 2023 to protect its domestic market, according to a latest decision released on the country's government website.
