UPDATE: Cleveland-Cliffs to idle Weirton tinplate mill after tariff ruling

Cleveland-Cliffs announced on February 15 that it will indefinitely shutter its tinplate production plant located in Weirton, West Virginia - one of the largest tinplate makers in the US - in April 2024.
