UPDATE: Jingye officially acquires Rizhao Steel Yingkou Medium Plate

Jingye Group (Jingye), a privately-owned steelmaker headquartered in North China's Hebei province, has officially taken control of Rizhao Steel Yingkou Medium Plate Co, Pingshan-based Jingye has announced.

In mid-July, Jingye purchased 100% equity of the plate maker from East China's Shandong based Rizhao Steel Holding Group Co, pending the approval of regulators. The deal later received formal government approval in early August, as Mysteel Global reported. Jingye and Rizhao Steel Holding held a shareholding closing ceremony in
