On December 4th, Ganfeng Lithium announced that its holding subsidiary Minera Exar has completed the issuance of $50 million overseas bonds in Argentina. The issuing entity is Minera Exar S.A., and the issuing objects are the general public, corporate entities, and financial institutions. The issuance method is indirect issuance, with an initial issuance scale of 50 million US dollars and an issuance currency of US dollars. The basic information of the bond includes an issuance amount of 50 million US dollars, an interest rate of 8%. The interest payments was every half year, starting from November 8, 2024, and ending on November 11, 2027. The bond issuance has gone through the relevant approval procedures.
