On the evening of December 11th, Shanghai Ailu announced that the company signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Huaneng Renewables Co., Ltd. on December 10th, 2024. Both parties will conduct business exchanges on the "Fiberglass Reinforced Polyurethane Composite Frame" product independently developed by Aina New Energy, and expand their product strength and brand influence through multi-dimensional cooperation such as product procurement, technical exchange & iteration, resource sharing & integration, and photovoltaic project investment and construction. Together, they will promote strategic cooperation and ultimately achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
