UPDATE: Malaysia imposes AD duties on tinplate imports from China, India, Japan, and S.Korea

Malaysia's Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) has decided to impose anti-dumping (AD) duties on imports of electrolytic tinplate originating from China, India, Japan and South Korea, according to the ministry's latest release on May 14.

Specifically, the targeted products are flat-rolled products of iron or non-alloy steel, of a width of 600mm or more, clad, plated or coated with tin (electrolytic tinplate or tinplate) originating from or imported from these four countries.
