India starts 2nd sunset review of AD duty on Chinese seamless pipes

India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry has initiated a second sunset review of the anti-dumping (AD) duty imposed on imports of seamless steel pipes and hollow profiles from China, according to a notification issued on March 20.

The review follows an application filed by domestic producers Jindal Saw Limited, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited and Maharashtra Seamless Limited, which together account for more than 90% of India's total domestic production of the subject goods.
