GACC: China's Apr ferrous scrap imports hit 15-month high

China's ferrous scrap imports surged in April, rising by 19.4% year on year to 31,373 tonnes --the highest monthly total since January 2024 and up 44.5% from March, according to the latest data from the General Administration of Customs (GACC).
