Russia to build a new high-precision steel pipe rolling plant

A new production facility for high-precision cold-rolled pipes will be built in Russia's northern capital St. Petersburg. The investment project, worth 3 billion rubles ($38.2 million), is being carried out by Russia's ESS company, which specializes in support services for oil and gas operations, with backing from the city government.
