On June 23, EVE Energy announced that it held its 2nd Lithium Battery Technology Conference on June 18, coinciding with the company's 24th anniversary celebration. During the event, EVE Energy revealed that its all-solid-state soft pack battery can achieve wide temperature operation from -20-60 and stable operation under 20 MPa pressure.
EVE Energy stated that the company will achieve a breakthrough in production technology by 2026 and launch the all-solid-state battery 1.0 with energy densities of 350 Wh/kg and 800 Wh/L; And high specific energy all-solid-state battery 2.0 products with a capacity of over 1000 Wh/L will be launched in 2028.
It is reported that in order to achieve ultra-high energy density, EVE Energy has chosen a combination of ternary cathode material, silicon carbon anode material, and sulfide solid electrolyte, which is the most common solution for high specific energy all-solid-state batteries.
