On July 2, Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company had delivered the full consideration for the acquisition of Mali Lithium shares to Leo Lithium and completed the equity transfer process. The company now holds 100% ownership of Mali Lithium, whose Phase I Goulamina spodumene project in Mali with an annual production capacity of 506,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate has officially commenced production, with capacity being gradually ramped up. This marks the company's entry into the substantive production phase of its lithium resource development in Africa.
