On July 23, Sichuan New Energy Power Co., Ltd. disclosed that the Company holds 62.75% equity interest in Sichuan Energy Investment Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., and Yahua Group holds the remaining 37.25% stake. At the same time, Yahua Group plans to transfer its entire 37.25% stake in Sichuan Energy Investment Lithium Technology to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yahua Technology, via non-compensatory transfer.
After deliberation, the Company has decided to waive its preemptive right to purchase the transferred shares. This decision maintains the company's 62.75% controlling stake, preserves the company's status as controlling shareholder and does not affect the consolidated financial statements scope.
