Taiwan's Yusco continues closed pricing for August sales

Yieh United Steel Corp (Yusco), Taiwan's largest stainless steel producer, has decided to adopt 'individual' pricing again for its 304-grade stainless steel products for local sales in August, marking the second month for the Kaohsiung-based stainless steelmaker in South Taiwan to adopt such a pricing measure, Mysteel Global has learned.

The decision means that Yusco will continue to negotiate sales prices of 304-grade stainless products with customers individually in actual transactions during this month instead of releasing specific list prices.
