On August 26, Cornex and BTR signed a strategic cooperation agreement on anode materials at Cornex's global headquarters. According to reports, BTR will provide high-performance and high-consistency materials and system solutions for Cornex's power and energy storage products. The two parties will focus on in-depth cooperation in areas such as ultra-long-life artificial graphite, high-performance silicon-carbon anode materials, core materials for sodium-ion batteries, and integrated solutions for next-generation solid-state battery materials. They will work together to establish a collaborative innovation model covering the entire chain from basic materials-battery cell technology-application scenarios, promoting high-quality and sustainable development of the new energy industry.
This marks Cornex's cooperation with a second anode material enterprise within a short period. Previously, on August 15, Cornex signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanshan Technology. According to the agreement, the two companies reached a procurement cooperation deal for anode materials totaling over Yuan 10 billion.
