Vietnam files anti-circumvention investigation against Chinese HRCs

Vietnam’s Trade Remedies Authority recently announced that local enterprises had filed a request on September 10 for an anti-circumvention investigation into Chinese hot-rolled coils (HRCs) with widths greater than 1,880mm but less than 2,300mm.

The Trade Remedies Authority officially accepted the application on September 18. And Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade will decide within 45 days of acceptance whether to formally initiate the investigation.
