Daqin rail line freight traffic rises 2% MoM in September

China's Datong-Qinhuangdao (Daqin) railway shipped 33.05 million tonnes of bulk commodities in September, up 2.3% on month and 3.3% on year, according to a recent announcement from operator Daqin Railway Co., Ltd.
The 653-km railway – stretching from Datong, a coal mining city in northern China's Shanxi province, to Qinhuangdao port in Hebei province, North China – is a coal–dedicated transport corridor, with coal accounting for nearly 90% of total shipments, as reported.     On a daily basis last month, Daqin's freight traffic
