Tokyo Steel holds product prices for Nov sales

After decisively attacking its prices last month, Tokyo Steel Manufacturing, Japan's largest independent mini-mill, has decided on no change to its catalogue for November sales, aiming to prevent the market from weakening further, it announced Monday.
