UAE initiates AD investigation into Chinese heavy section imports

The UAE’s Ministry of Foreign Trade has begun an anti-dumping investigation into imports of heavy sections from China, according to a brief post on the ministry’s website. The investigation was launched in response to a complaint filed last July by EMSTEEL, the former Emirates Steel Arkan, the region's only producer of heavy sections, Mysteel Global understands.
