According to reports, the PACK production line for Qingtao (Wuhai) Energy's solid-state battery project has been fully installed, with equipment currently undergoing joint debugging and testing. It is expected to be ready for production and delivery by the end of October.
Sources indicate that the project is being implemented and constructed by Qingtao (Wuhai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of Yuan 7 billion. The project plans to build an annual production capacity of 50,000 tonnes of specialized materials for solid-state batteries, 10 GWh of solid-state batteries and energy storage systems, complemented by supporting wind and solar new energy and energy storage power stations. As of now, the first phase of the project, the lithium manganate production line, is ready for operation, and the produced samples are awaiting comprehensive testing and verification by the headquarters.
