Recently, Fenyi Ganfeng Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Tian Wenjin as its legal representative and a registered capital of Yuan 100 million. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, capacitor and supporting equipment manufacturing, specialized instrument manufacturing, battery sales, capacitor and supporting equipment sales, new material technology research and development, new material technology promotion services, as well as engineering and technology research and experimental development. A full equity penetration diagram reveals that the company is wholly owned by Ganfeng LiEnergy, a subsidiary of Ganfeng Lithium.
