On October 27, the groundbreaking ceremony was held for Envision AESC's Yichang Energy Storage Superfactory.
The Envision AESC Yichang Energy Storage Superfactory has a planned annual capacity of 40 GWh. It will cover the entire lithium-ion battery industry chain, including electrodes, battery cells, and battery packs, and produce the latest generation of 700+Ah energy storage battery products for leading global energy storage customers. The facility is expected to commence operations in 2026, with an estimated annual output value exceeding Yuan 10 billion once fully operational.
As one of the earliest companies to mass-produce 300+Ah and 500+Ah large energy storage cells, Envision AESC continues to define the next generation of energy storage products. According to the industry statistics, Envision AESC ranked among the top three globally in overseas energy storage cell shipments in 2024.
