On October 16, Yongtai Technology announced that its third-quarter operating revenue was Yuan 2.328 billion, up 64.07% year-on-year. Its net profit was Yuan 156 million, up 696.08% YoY. For the first three quarters, operating revenue reached Yuan 6.074 billion, up 50.79% YoY. And net profit was Yuan 430 million, up 1,221.81% YoY. The change in performance was attributable to a substantial increase in lithium-battery-related sales during the reporting period.
Note: The company's Q3 net profit was Yuan 156 million, and that's of Q2 was Yuan 169 million. Based on this calculation, Q3 net profit declined by 7% quarter-on-quarter.
