Sweden's Boliden, one of the Nordic region's leading mining and smelting groups with full ownership of Sweden's copper, lead, and zinc mines and smelters, as well as major operations in Canada, Chile, and Spain, reported a nickel matte production of 9,672 tonnes (in Ni. content) in the third quarter of 2025. This represents a 111.41% increase quarter-on-quarter and a 10.40% decline year-on-year. The production of nickel concentrate was 3,237 tonnes in Ni. content, an increase of 3.09% compared with the previous period and 21.83% compared with the same period last year.
