East China's coal giant required to build stocks by mid-Nov

Shandong Energy Group, a large state-owned coal producer in East China's Shandong province, has been instructed by central authorities to build its coal inventories that could be dispatched by the government up to 3.35 million tonnes before November 15 in order to guarantee sufficient fuel supplies for the upcoming consumption peaks in winter, Mysteel learned.
