CISA: Member's daily crude steel output drops further in late-Oct

Daily crude steel output among the member mills of the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) averaged 1.82 million tonnes/day during October 21-31, declining by a significant 9.8% or 197,000 t/d from the previous ten-day period, according to the latest release from the association on November 5.

Compared with the late October period last year, the average was lower by a more substantial 13.2%, the release showed.
