On the evening of November 6, Tinci Materials announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci, has signed an Annual Procurement Contract with Gotion High-tech. According to the contract, Gotion High-tech is expected to purchase a total of approximately 870,000 tonnes of electrolyte products from Jiujiang Tinci during the 2026-2028 period. This agreement is a framework agreement, and the actual procurement volume will be subject to the Purchase Orders confirmed by both parties, which may involve certain uncertainties. Should unforeseen or force majeure factors arise during the execution of the agreement, there is a risk that it may not be fulfilled on schedule or in its entirety. The signing of this agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance from 2026 to 2028.
On the same day, Tinci Materials also announced the signing of a Supply Guarantee Framework Agreement with CALB. The company has committed to supplying CALB with an estimated total of 725,000 tonnes of electrolyte products during the 2026-2028 period. This is a framework agreement, with specific purchase quantities, unit prices, specifications, and delivery times to be determined by the confirmed Purchase Orders from both parties. While the execution of the agreement carries certain uncertainties and risks, it is anticipated to positively impact the company's operating performance from 2026 to 2028.
