According to information released by the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, the lithium battery aqueous anode binder and mid-to-high-end modified cellulose production project, introduced by Jingzhou Gucheng State-owned Investment Co., Ltd. and operated by Green Energy Cellulose Materials (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd., has officially been signed and settled in the Jingzhou Economic Development Zone.
The project is expected to be completed and operational by the end of July 2026, with projected sales revenue exceeding Yuan 10 million in its first year. It will further strengthen the EV components industry chain in Jingzhou City, enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry, attract more high-quality upstream and downstream enterprises to cluster in the area, and form a synergistic and well-developed industrial ecosystem.
