On March 23, Xiangfenghua Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lanzhou Xiangfenghua Materials Co., Ltd., plans to construct a project with an annual production capacity of 50,000 tonnes of high-performance lithium-ion battery anode materials in Lanzhou New District, with a total fixed asset investment of approximately Yuan 1.1 billion.
