Shangtai Technology announced on November 10 that the company plans to sign an investment development agreement or supplementary agreement with the Management Committee of Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone and relevant entities regarding the investment cooperation for the Annual 200,000-tonne Lithium-Ion Battery Anode Material Project.
The company or its subsidiaries intend to establish a new project company and invest in the construction of this project within the Shanxi Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone, using self-raised funds. The total investment in the project is preliminarily estimated to be approximately Yuan 4.07 billion.
