Peru terminates provisional AD duty on Chinese wire rod

The Dumping and Subsidies Commission of Peru's National Institute for the Defence of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property has terminated the provisional anti-dumping (AD) duty on Chinese wire rod, effective November 10, according to an announcement released by the Commission in the South American country's official gazette El Peruano on November 9.

The steel products involved include low- and high-carbon unalloyed steel wire rod with smooth surfaces and circular cross-sections ranging between 5.5 mm and 16 mm in diameter, classified under HS codes of 7213.20.00.00, 7213.91.10.00, 7213.91.90.00 and 7213.99.00.00, as announced.
